Sao Tome and Principe. 200 dobra replacement. P75r. PMG 67 EPQ Superb Gem UNC. The 200 dobra note was on issue for a few weeks only and then withdrawn and later replaced with a new design. The note is now scarce. This is one of the handful of replacement notes that survived and it is in a superb grade.
