How can I order bank notes from you?

If ordering from our Price list in Excel, return the filled-out price list as an attachment or as a copy-paste text in an e-mail to sales@polymernotes.org.

If ordering directly from the web site, you can order all bank notes that have an orange PayPal button next to the price.

Simply click on PayPal buttons to select the bank notes you want and then proceed to check-out.

If you only see a price without the PayPal button, then this bank note is not for sale and the price is for your information only.

Do you send bank notes to all countries?
Yes, we send to all countries in the world. We get orders from all around the globe.

We use registered air mail; tracking number is available (you can track your shipment here).

Courier service (UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT) can be arranged on request. Our preferred courier service is UPS.

Where is your company located?

We are based in Slovenia. Slovenia is a member of the European Union since 2004 and uses the Euro currency since 2007.

The company, PBN Ltd, is subject to European Union law.

Our company registration number is 3282538 and tax number is SI-15400247.
 
Are bank notes that you offer in uncirculated condition?
Yes, unless otherwise mentioned in the description, all our bank notes are in uncirculated (UNC) condition according to the International Bank Note Society (IBNS) grading standards.

We invest a lot of our time and effort to ensure that you get only the highest quality bank notes from us.
 

What are the serial numbers of bank notes that I can order?

Unless the serial number is explicitly specified in the description next to the selling price, you will receive a serial number of our choice. Special requests will be serviced whenever possible. Special serial numbers (such as very low serial numbers, first prefixes, etc.) are always clearly described as such.

 
How do I pay you?

The easiest way to make a payment is via PayPal. Simply click on PayPal buttons to select the bank notes you want and then proceed to check-out.

We accept other forms of payments too (see below).

What if I do not have PayPal?

We also accept bank transfers, cheques or cash.
 

Can I e-mail you my order?

Yes, you can send us an e-mail to sales@polymernotes.org and let us know which are the bank notes you want.

 
How do you pack the bank notes?

Bank notes are packed well to prevent any damage from the transportation through the postal system. You can be assured that your bank notes will arrive in intact condition.

I am looking for a special bank note that I do not see on your sales list, can you help?

Yes, e-mail us at sales@polymernotes.org and we will record your request and let you know if we find the note. Perhaps we already have it and you will receive an offer from us.
