issued in 1993. Not a legal tender. Issued in commemoration of the
Second Anniversary of the Liberation Day. The sovereignty of the State
of Kuwait was restored, following the Iraqi occupation, on the 26th of
February 1991. The liberation of Kuwait was achieved by the 34 countries
of the United-Nations-sponsored Allied Coalition, all named on the front
of the note. Front:

Anniversary of the Liberation Day. This note signifies the cycle of
development and progress after the liberation of Kuwait, restoring the
social and economic activities to their normal levels of pre-invasion
Kuwait. It is also a token of the Kuwaiti people's rejoicing for the day
of victory and liberation. Front:
